Join TLV Girlies and CassaBreath for a slow, grounding morning by the sea. The session begins with a guided breathwork session led by Cassie from CassaBreath, focused on calming the nervous system, releasing stress, and helping you feel more present and grounded. After the session, participants will take quiet time to reflect before heading into the water together for a refreshing ocean swim. The morning concludes with coffee or matcha and relaxed time to connect. No prior experience needed. Please bring a towel or mat to lie on, swimsuit and towel for the swim, and a journal if desired. Meeting point: Charles Chlore Park (exact location TBD). Limited spots available.
