Yom HaShoah: Reflect remembrance, remember reflectively

Spend the hours before Yom HaShoa with us. We will reflect together on how the Shoah and remembering it has shaped the way we remember, perceive the world and respond to new horrors. We will talk about our different perspectives on the Shoa, about individual and collective memories and exchange views on linear and cyclical remembrance. We will then create a commemoration ceremony from a variety of practices we (and you*) will bring with us - songs, poems, prayers and more - to begin Yom HaShoa.
