Farms are suffering in Israel and while food rescue organization ‘Leket’ has primarily been working to get meals to those in need around the country, there’s a new need that CEO Joe Gitler and his team are working to achieve – saving Israel’s farms. Gitler will enchant us with his unbelievable story of how his organization is giving farms in Israel a lifeline to continue working without a workforce or access to their usual resources.
