Do you live in Germany and want to integrate successfully into the new community, but also help your team to work in a multicultural team? We invite you to the free online seminar!
What you mean:
Presentation of the course "Practical Intercultural Communication".
· Practical knowledge of the course module "Working in a multicultural team", thank you for being able to understand the most characteristic German culture and develop the ways of work.
At the seminar we
· talking about the cultural factors that come into play when communicating within teams (discussion, resolution, attitude to conflict, etc.)
· important problems, ensuring effective work in the team and in their solutions;
· train specific navigation aids;
· Review the recommendations for work in the team for the creation of a positive atmosphere.
All participants in the seminar will cover the course materials: PPT - presentation, work with assignments and exercises to analyze intercultural situations.
