After each round, you get to share your interest and even jot down some notes about the cool person you just virtually met. While the ladies hold down the fort in the same virtual room, the guys do a nifty rotation. 

When the night winds down, shoot a message to your host with your selections. Were on top of it – match results are processed the same night, usually within the hour. You'll get the scoop on both mutual matches (you and the other person both dig each other) and one-way matches (they picked you, but you didn't pick them), giving you a second shot at reaching out if you're up for it.
