NEFESH TIME: SLEEP 😴 💤 Do you like to sleep longer on the weekends, or to have a nap when you have a long day? We are sure that your answer is: “Yes” 😉 So let’s go into this topic deeper and learn something new about sleep, we invite you to a mental health workshop next week with Isa and Marina! 👉 When: 24th of May 🕒 Time: 18:30 📍Where: Hillel space in Berlin ➡️ SIGN UP ➡️ https://bit.ly/3W8L18F Marina and Isa are excited to present you a session on sleep. Isa would like to give you an introduction to what science has so far been able to unravel about the mysterious state of consciousness we name sleep and Marina wants to enrich this by an art historical lenses of sleep. Further, as sleep is a fundamental pillar of our health we want to discuss ways to improve and cherish sleep and we will teach you practical tools to tackle some of the issues around falling and staying asleep. Isa holds a Masters of Science in Psychology and specialized in clinical psychological research. Among others, she did research on the sense of smell at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot Israel and on emotion regulation and sleep bruxism at Stanford University. Her Master’s thesis focused on expectations and depression, and she wrote it while already taking many courses at Hillel and making use of our co-working space. Currently, she is working as an architectural psychologist in Berlin on the topic of hospital architecture.
