Nefesh Time at Hillel

Have you ever wanted to get to know more about mental health? Are you looking for a safe space where you can discover how to stay mentally healthy? Now is your chance! Our mental health project is going to introduce some useful techniques to understand your feelings better and create a shared space for mutual emotional support. This will be a workshop series lead by the mental health professionals from Shalva, an initiative for psychosocial support in crisis. Come join us when we try to battle the dark winter times together!
