Survived to Tell ; Nova Festival

בבן יהודה 126 On October 7, 2023, as Israel commemorated the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War and celebrated Simchat Torah, a brutal and unprecedented attack was launched by HAMAS. Hundreds were killed, thousands injured, and numerous citizens—including infants and the elderly—were abducted into Gaza. The terrorist factions targeted everyone, viciously shooting and attacking civilians, paramedics, firefighters, security personnel, women, babies, elderly and house pets. Survived To Tell is dedicated to sharing the testimonies of those who survived these atrocities. Students from the United States and Israel launched this project to reveal first-hand testimonies of what had happened on that fateful October day, and to memorialize these events from the survivors themselves for future generations.
